Kancho Iba 9th Dan– Started his training at 17 years of age under Fujiwara Sensei Vice President of Shukokai Shito-RYU Karate-Do. ( Shukokai Tani-ha Shito Ryu Karate-do)
At this time Tani Sensei was President of Shukokai.
1965 June-1966 April – South Africa – Tani Sensei sent Fujiwara, Iba and Kimura Senseis to teach Shukokai Karate.
1966 April – Paris and London Training Iba and Kimura Senseis.
1974-1977 – Australia – Kancho Iba settled in Australia building the Australian and New Caledonia Renbukan Karate Association.
1975- New Caledonia Renbukan was formed.
1977 Japan – Kancho Iba returned to Japan to the Honbu dojo in Himeji.

2005 Australia – Teaching- 2 weeks
2005 New Caledonia – Teaching 1 week

1977-2019 – Teaching Himeji Japan (1997 Katsumi becomes Renbukan Soke)
Katsuhide Iba Shihan 6th Dan – Started training at the Renbukan Honbu Dojo at 16 years of age.
